In accordance with the Consumer Protection and Defense Code, this institution has a complaints book at your disposal.

Since this is a virtual claim, your case will be forwarded to customer service for a response within the legally established timeframe.
5. I authorize notification of the result of the claim to the email address provided:
*Formulating a claim does not prevent you from resorting to other dispute resolution avenues, nor is it a prerequisite.
*The supplier must respond to the claim within a period of no more than fifteen (15) calendar days, and may extend the period for up to (30) more days, after notifying the consumer.

Términos y condiciones

El bono varía según el proyecto en el que compre la persona referida. El cobro del bono se podrá realizar una vez que la persona que haya referido firme la minuta de compra – venta, previa coordinación con el área Comercial. El plazo para pagar el bono es de 30 días hábiles una vez ingresado el comprobante de pago.

No se considera referido a una persona que se encuentre registrada en la base de datos de Inmobiliaria Zafira. El bono es por persona, independientemente de la cantidad de departamentos que compre la persona referida.
